    • Information you give us: your name, phone, email, business name and messages, through our forms, WhatsApp, social media or calls.
    • Ad information: if you message us on WhatsApp from a Meta ad (Facebook or Instagram), we receive details about the ad you tapped.
    • Basic technical data from our website (browser type, pages visited) to improve it.

    3. How we use it

    To answer your questions, follow up on your request, prepare proposals and services, send invoices, and measure how our campaigns perform.

    4. Who we share it with

    We do not sell your information. We only share it with providers we need to operate (Meta/WhatsApp, Google, web hosting, invoicing and storage tools), and when the law requires it.

    5. How long we keep it

    For as long as needed to serve you, and for the legal and accounting periods required in Canada.

    6. Your rights

    You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@wearedigitalmarketing.ca. We reply within a reasonable time.

    7. Security

    We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as restricted access and encrypted connections.

    8. Compliance

    This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA).

    How to request deletion of your data

    Email info@wearedigitalmarketing.ca with the subject "Delete my data" and include the phone number or email you used to contact us.

    We will confirm and delete your information within 30 days at most, except what we must keep by law (for example, invoices).
